His Film Santouri about an addicted musician banned in Iran. Blacked out in USA at two film festivals.. U.S. bound.Radan stopped in London called back to Iran.. 2007...They placated him with the BIG Iranian award....he was on his way to International status.........whoops....politics politics.....
